Earlier this year members of the Law Society from Kampala International University in Tanzania (KIUT) carried out their annual charity visit, this time bringing joy and support to the children of Bagamoyo Orphanage Centre, located in the outskirts of Bagamoyo town.
The visit was led by Mr Lwisijo Ndelwa, the Head of Legal Studies Department, whose guidance ensured the visit was both meaningful and successful. The KIUT team was warmly welcomed bymanager wa bagamoyo orphanage centre Ms. Deckline Buhuru Tulibuza, the manager of the Bagamoyo Orphanage Centre, who served as their gracious host for the day.
Children at the orphanage greeted their visitors with excitement and enthusiasm, eager to engage in a variety of fun and interactive activities. The Law Society members organized several games, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter and joy. The event also featured a heart-warming cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing celebration and shared happiness.
KIUT law society donated essential materials aimed at improving the living conditions of the children, reinforcing their commitment to enhancing the welfare of the community. These donations will aid the orphanage in its efforts to create a more sustainable and comfortable environment for the children in their care.
