NOTE

Holders of Form 4 Qualification – Humanities Programmes

Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) passes “D” in any non-religious subjects.

Only “Certificate in Laws” require a holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) passes “D” in any non-religious subjects including D pass in “English.”

Holders of Form 4 Qualification – Allied Health Programmes

Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) passes “D” in any non-religious subjects including “D” passes in chemistry, biology, and physics/engineering sciences.

Only “Pharmaceutical Sciences” require a holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) passes “D” in any non-religious subjects including D passes in “Chemistry” and “Biology.”

Only Environmental Health Science requires a holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with at least three (3) passes in “Chemistry,” “Biology,” “Geography” and one (1) pass in either Physics/Engineering Sciences or Nutrition. A pass in Basic Mathematics and English language is an added advantage.

Please Note:

The University Administration reserves the right to revise University Fees at any time during the course of your studies
Fees Clearance Card will not be issued at the beginning of the Semester unless all fees are paid. Fees Clearance Card is to be picked from the Office of the Director of Finance.
Money for meals and hostels should not be deposited in the University Account.
Examination room access at the end of Semester will only be permitted to students who paid fees in full.
Students who are beneficiaries of NHIF under their parents or guardians will be required to provide photocopies of their cards as proof to the Finance and Student Affairs Office, and ONLY then you will be exempted from acquiring individual cards.

Kampala International University in Tanzania recognises that students may experience difficulties paying full tuition fees by a stipulated date. To provide some measure of support, the university offers an instalment payment plan to bring ease to our esteemed students.
Tuition Fees can be paid either:

In three (3) instalments per Semester; or
In six (6) instalments per Year – (Two Semesters)

Three (3) Instalments per Semester are settled in the below manner: FOR NON ALLIED HEALTH PROGRAMMES (HUMANITIES) ONLY
