Estates Department is as old as the University and initially, this department started when the university got its own land that was in 2010. The Department concerns Infrastructure, Hygiene, safety etc.
The department had a number of Estates Directors. To mention briefly, Mr.James Magezi was the first to head the department followed by Ms. Kellen Karemera, Mr. Isack Bagoza, Qs Margreth John then now Eng. Devotha Dionis who is the current Estates Director
