The department of B&M specializes in business and management related courses such as Finance and accounting, Business math and statistics, Marketing, Human resources, Operations and Management areas. The department is currently offering BBA degree in limited management disciplines in anticipation to increase the number of courses and indeed some new departments.

The B&M department then offers high quality courses that provide skills and competencies for a globally oriented student and practitioner. Among the emphases are BBA students to master numbers and English language in three years, all aiming at differentiating KIUT students from those from other competing institutions.
