As Chairman of the Board of Trustees at KIUT, he provides visionary guidance on strategic decisions, ensures robust financial sustainability, and champions our unwavering commitment to academic excellence. His impressive credentials include a Master's in Business Administration, complemented by extensive executive education from leading international institutions. Mr. Basajjabalaba has spearheaded numerous community development initiatives that have positively impacted thousands of lives, and serves as a trusted advisor on several national advisory councils. His transformative vision for KIUT encompasses fostering cutting-edge innovation, democratizing access to world-class education, and driving impactful research that empowers communities to contribute to national development. Beyond his role at KIUT, he is a passionate champion of youth entrepreneurship, having personally funded over 50 scholarship programs across Tanzania, creating pathways to success for the next generation of African leaders.
