Course Overview

This course equips participants with the skills to lead and manage non-governmental organizations effectively. Designed for those already working in or about to enter the nonprofit sector, it covers organizational development, project planning, and staff training through self-paced online learning.

Target Group: The target group includes individuals already working in or about to enter the nonprofit sector, seeking to deepen and update their understanding of NGO management.

Certification: Upon completion of all requirements, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Excellence from KIUT.

  • Relevant work experience in the nonprofit sector or related fields
  • Sufficient proficiency in English, as course materials and instruction are delivered in English
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology
  • Completion of an online application form, including personal information, educational background, professional experience, and a statement of purpose
