The Rotaract Club of Kampala International University in Tanzania (KIUT) is a vibrant student organization dedicated to fostering leadership, community service, and fellowship among young professionals and students.
Affiliated with Rotary International, the club focuses on creating positive change through impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development initiatives. The club is open to all KIUT students passionate about service and leadership.
Guided by the motto "Service Above Self," the KIUT Rotaract Club collaborates with other Rotaract and Rotary clubs to amplify its impact and promote unity and growth within the community.

3rd KIUT Rotaract Presidential Installation Ceremony
The Rotaract Club of Kampala International University in Tanzania (KIUT) held its 3rd Presidential Installation Ceremony on Friday, 11th July 2025, at the University Boardroom. The event marked a symbolic leadership transition from outgoing President Rotaractor, Mercy Walter, to incoming President Rotaractor, Eunice Sylvester.
The installation was officiated by the Guest of Honor, Rotarian Mama Sophia, who gracefully handed over the presidential chain to President Rotaractor, Eunice, as she stressed the values of service, trust, and responsibility in Rotaract leadership. The event was graced by distinguished guests, including the Rotary Club of Pugu, led by President Rajnish Ranjian, and the Rotary Club of Ukonga, represented by President Ochieng, alongside KIUT officials and representatives from other Rotaract and Rotary clubs.
Speeches from guests, including President Rajnish, emphasized the importance of punctuality and collaboration in serving communities. Both the outgoing and incoming presidents highlighted teamwork, perseverance, and commitment to Rotaract’s values of service above self. The ceremony included a networking session, awards for best-dressed attendees, and recognition of the outgoing president's contributions, concluding with dinner, cake cutting, and a group photo.
