Overview

Kampala International University in Tanzania (KIUT) is a private university fully registered with the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU). It is located in Gongo la Mboto, Dar es Salaam, approximately 6.3 km from Julius Nyerere International Airport.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicant should be a holder of:

  1. Master’s degree in any of the disciplines above with a minimum GPA of 4.0 and
  2. Bachelor’s degree in any of the disciplines above with a minimum GPA of 3.5
  3. At least 3 years of teaching experience

General Conditions

  1. Applicants must attach an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) with reliable contact information, including postal address, email, and telephone numbers.
  2. Applicants must include certified copies of their certificates and transcripts.
  3. Copies of the following documents are strictly not accepted:
    • Form IV and Form VI result slips
    • Testimonials and partial transcripts
  4. Applicants should provide the names and reliable contact information for three reputable referees.
  5. Certificates from foreign examination bodies for Ordinary or Advanced level education must be verified by the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) and the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE).
  6. Certificates from foreign universities must be verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).
  7. Applicants should apply based on the information provided in this advertisement.
  8. Legal action will be taken against any applicant who presents forged certificates or false information.
