MZUZU - In a thrilling display of skill and determination, the men’s and women’s volleyball teams from Kampala International University, Tanzania, have emerged victorious at the MK21 million 2025 Grand Palace Hotel International Volleyball Tournament. The tournament, which took place at the Katoto Volleyball Courts in Mzuzu, brought together top teams from across the region, but in the end, KIU Tanzania’s teams proved unbeatable. The men’s team dominated the competition, beating St Collins from Zimbabwe 3-1 in the final match. Their impressive performance showcased the team’s strength and strategy, leaving their opponents struggling to keep up. Not to be outdone, the women’s team demonstrated their prowess on the court defeating Malawi’s Wolves Ladies 3-0 in a match that was more about finesse than brute force.
